Four tips for managing and maximizing content in social media.

Welcome to 2020!

This year is one where we are laser focused on our goals and objectives.

No Fluff just aiming to accomplish what we have our eyes on.

Starting off with the world of Social Media!

We shared four ways in which you can make social media work for you.

1. Know Your Audience If you don’t know who your audience is, how will you ever connect with them? Most brands have an understanding of their audience’s demographics – age, gender, ethnicity, buying patterns, etc . Remember, “everyone” is not an audience.

2.Seek Relationships, Not Just Followers The beauty of social is that you can form relationships in an instant with followers from just about anywhere. Let them know who you are and bring them into your personality. Build relationships. People like t know they are talking to someone that truly cares about them. 3.Focus on Helping Over Selling Although social selling is indeed on the rise, rarely should your social media presence be about the “sell sell sell.” Sure, if you’re in eCommerce it makes sense to push offers and deals to your followers. What’s more important, though, is answering the questions of followers whether through replies or content marketing. If your followers ask a question, you should respond in a timely manner. 4.Define a social content strategy Different platforms call for different content and will depend on the audience you’re looking to target. You can create a ‘Content Calendar’ to map out your activity over different weeks or months to ensure you have a full picture on the type of activity you’ll be running per platform, it’s also a great way of ensuring that each different post or campaign is clearly linked back to your objectives – are you looking to raise awareness of your company, are you looking to focus on conversions or are you looking to use social media to provide service to your customers by way of answering questions and queries? Don’t just copy and paste, think about how that content is consumed on each channel.

We hope this would help you kick strat 2020 in a great way!
